GOIG would want to clean up the share structure first. It's harder to pump a company with billions of O/S rather than millions. I'd look for a R/S first (maybe after A/S is maxed then a 1:1000 or 1:100 R/S followed by a reduction in A/S). In past years A/S was altered in late December, and it may be so again.



If the TA is gagged you can bet it's not in the shareholders best interest.
