The thing is, from my experience, all that has to happen is a reporter for some news outlet writes an article on the fraudulent activity and they are instantly under a microscope! Then the regulators and the feds take over and bam! See ya! If I was a penny stock I would be very careful in these times of financial woe as to how far I'd be pushing the hand waving in front of the crowd bit as alot of entities are watching... and the hangman's noose is hungry! That being said I'm sure Black is very aware of this. HNSS
