The following was posted on YMB...

Ok, just spoke with Lead Counsel

There is not much new information to report on but
today they are filing an amended complaint against ccme and dtt.
In the words of the law firm... we would not be pursuing this case if we did not think we would be able to win damages back for the shareholders.

Reassuring... but vague in what/when we can expect things to happen.
