The waterfall plots of lesion responses in prostate for example looked pretty good to me, particularly with some responses in patients that had already failed platinum drugs or had failed abiraterone.



Perhaps I missed some of the detail, and I have not looked since last year, but my recollection was seeing response rates in the mid-teens for the most part on soft tissue tumors. Some indications were better than this, but none stood out to me, at least on the top line data, in comparison to the sort of data that would really stand out. Which is how I formed my opinion on this. If not for the bone scan data, the rest of the data looked pedestrian to me adn not something that would have been of great interest.

Perhaps I needed more color on the difficulty of obtaining these response rates to better put it into perspective on soft tissue.

But that is where I drew my opinion from.
