Looks like during 2009 and 2010 ATWT
sold 277.5M shares for about .00033 (avg).

Rounded numbers:
On the ATWT website it shows 1.53B O/S at end
of 2010.
Fillings say 1.99B O/S at end of 2010.
Am I reading this right?

Cannot find PR from 2010 claiming no dilution.

On another note: Next thing filed should be 3rd qtr.
fins and an attorney letter. Last few companies that
I am familiar with had to file 3 or 4 attorney letters
before getting it right.
