Patience is key.

As I stated previously, I anticipate that Ken Hurley will surface sometime between now and December 31. The SEC will probably request that he inform them if our Restricted GRAFF shares are further restricted into 2012. They may also admonish Ken for circumventing regulation by not yet providing legal Prospectus to stockholders.

IRS may require a recorded GRAFF book value for stockholders who need to report GRAFF Divi for 2011 personal filing. So guys, I don't mind waiting because I know update is coming. IMHO
