Lewis Lucke is not a board member anymore,
Check the homepage, he is not listed as a board member anymore, But, Tim Algier (ceo) stated he had resigned a while ago due to coflict of interest and that he is still a consultant, according to @RetiredMM .he also reported that Lucke still holds all of his shares.
Could be good news, but we will see.
