Barcharts.com is an auto triggered site that shows you triggers on the stocks movement within the market. Because the stock is a penny stock, the price can easily be manipulated by having people buy it up at .0001, triggering an increase in price to .0002 -.0003 allowing them to dump it back off and dropping the price back down to original levels.

Until pertinent news comes out regarding the products of SCLL, this stock will continue to languish in the financial ditch it's found it's way into previously.
