Nevertheless, if the CEO is telling investors there is no dilution, and many here believe there hasn't been any, it's not good when it's done behind people's backs.
We know the company cannot survive without issuing shares and borrowing money. It could have been that Jason simply wanted money since he doesn't have any personal holdings in DUSS.
