ELYSSE, let's not forget, other than the two quietly settled in 2009, these lawsuits just happened 'out of the blue' and the spectre of 46 more because of similar prior financing looms. (I don't have a crystal ball. Wish I did.) A disturbing development to say the least, especially if Rabin isn't able to obtain a 'global settlement', this thing could drag on for who knows how long.

My gosh, how was i to know these lawsuits would emerge? I'm as devastated as you probably are. Now we have to hope Rabin can get the new shares approved quickly and we don't run out of cash and end up being bought out for pennys, I guess.
The landscape is littered with incredibly promising biotechs that never made it because of toxic financing.

I'm sick over this for a variety of reasons. Let's hope we're not looking at closing that gap at .04?

Further, what did you make of the response from the officer at Pfizer quoting himself or Dr. Coffey in England, that Lanza's treatment will never survive the clinical testing through the phases, I assume he mean't?
