Tom, I am only trying to point out that the financing of the shell and subsequent working capital has been done at high cost.

Further, I am in now way trying to impeach your credibility as you are the only one with any money in this whole travesty of transparency and back room dealing.

Even after the debt swap fiasco, I was rooting for NHSH to succeed and thought that you and Kendrick would keep everything clean. Then came the Owens/MS transaction, and credibility went out the window.

I don't care how anyone spins it, Kendrick knew the controversy surrounding the restricted shares Owens had and purposely entered in an agreement with the clear intent to swindle those shares from Owens.

And yeah, I know all about owens. Even more reason to do the legal way.
