A public company sets itself up for criminal charges when it publicly announces artificial gains, as this effects the PPS and is stealing and somebody can go to jail... A simple question, why falsify quarterly earnings for financial gain when there are greyer areas that you could bring to the table that would be harder to prove as manipulating the stock? Now you see it, now you don't. By keeping it grey, basically not publicly announcing numbers, criminal behavior is hard to prove. Numbers are hard facts when published that are hard to worm your way out of. I am not looking for a response to this question, especially from the parties that have taken over as of late. This is a statement for a little fresh air. Black has been around for a long time without going to jail.... Looking forward to the next chapter in the saga of HNSS!!!
