how are they able to suddenly

close out these long-standing confrontations? i'm scratching my head a bit. perhaps lehman is awakening from a false demise and paying what's owed and folks are happy? sure would be nice to see some good news for us.

whatever the final verdict for cts, nice to have this thing seemingly breakfree from deadlock.

hopefully the momentum continues.
