That's my point. If you don't set expectations, nothing is expected.

Set the expectations and you set yourself up for criticism. He went from giving us frequent updates to nothing. He is the one who has set that in motion. we are the ones waiting on delivery. That is the disappointment.

Does he have to - no, should he absolutely - because HE SET THAT IN MOTION.
