Paulness, one thing about you, you cannot admit you are wrong.
You are wrong on this one. The fact that everyone long on this stock tried to put a postive spin on the outcome of the AVGI lawsuit doesn't make CYGX the winner. CYGX management were pretty much made out to be fools. CYGX paid court costs and attorneys fees. Not AVGI. CYGX had to give AVGI material
goods, not the other way around.
