I may have missed this, but I have not come across the name(s) of any legal counsel or advsory investment firm?
I can't imagine that Rabin and the Board have the expertise to establish the best strategy going forward, or has it come down to simply seeing what their total liability will be, massaging that and playing that card and hoping?
I'm not an attorney, but it seems to me ACTC counsel could attempt, if even legally possible, to get the judge to set up some sort of class action with a cut off date for aggrieved past funding parties?

What's to prevent previous funding sources from waiting 'forever' until were 100% sure we have a commercial product and a wealthy big pharma behind us and then going for a huge settlement?
And all this hangs over our heads, potentially onerously, 'forever'?
