In that regard Rusty we have some common ground. I don't especially like it when soem greenhorn is trying to pull the wool over my eyes.
A friend of mine at the Jersey shore is spreading the word.
Just talked to him this morning. This proposal is total BS.

I advised him to tell those he runs into NOT to send their proxies in.

We shall see how shareholders react.........
