It's very relevant. The fuel reformer did not just come about this year. The inital white papers published from the Colorado test began last year. It has been in the developmental stages for approx. 2 years. The purchase of the fuel reformer by WTCT has been in the last year. The release of the white papers with a finance package that fell through or never fully developed is what drove this stock up to .0078 at the begining of the year. This finance deal looks much more promising and the release of the next set of tests will be sure to push this stock to same level and my guess even higher. .01 is very likely.

All I am trying to do is to reassure you that I believe that this stock will move forward and up.
