Hello fellow BRAVers!

Although I'm not new to this site I'm am new to join. I've been following this board for a few months and a shareholder as well. I really enjoy all the comments and thoughts posted here. Its great! I'm surprised I haven't gotten in trouble at work for constantly refreshing to see the latest posts.

I am somewhat of a new investor in general and still learning. I've learned a lot from reading this and a few other message boards on ihub. so forgive me if some of my questions seem ignorant for my knowledge is narrow but hopefully growing with in time.

I do have a thought and was curious of everyones opinion. I noticed a lot of good PRs in the past few months and think it's great. But after thinking about it I was wondering why DA would announce that Bravada has to revise the it's quarterly earnings constantly. why not just announce it the when earnings come out? And lately I've been reading people talking about dilution. So I started thinking what if DA puts out this good news early so that when he needs to dilute he gets more for the shares he's releasing. I don't know if the PRs are in correlation with the dilution however. Does this make sense?

What I think we can learn if this is true is that we may be able to get a sense of if/when dilution is going to occur.

Its just a theory of mine and hope it's not something everybody already knew. Hate to have my first post be a waste of everyones reading.
