MSGI~do what you got to do brother. But, take a look at CPTC managment, their filing habits, their past jobs, then do the same for BIPH. You think BIPH could write all they have in a 10Q without the deal? The deal is done, how anyone can't see that is beyond me. 2.87+ close is confirmation this puppy is GONE!
