SOrry . my knowledge is minimal. What I meant by 'C' was shares belonging to normal investors like us v.s the other previledge shares. Basically can the same thing happen to ACTC as it happened to CIT a couple years back, when the common share holders woke up one day and lost everything and yet the CIT changed symbol on the same day and started as a new company .
