I hold no WMI securities at the moment simply because there is just too much risk and uncertainty. If I had to make a choice though I would probably choose the Commons since it has the least risk at .07.

You would choose COMMONS??? Commons have the highest risk! Are you serious? NOT the lowest as you say.

... and you say you have no money to burn??? ... Commons are your choice??? You need to read up on Bankruptcy... and how creditors/equity of the estate gets paid and the order of payment.

I am sorry, but what you are saying is called gambling or lotto tickets...

You need to do better due diligence.
