Well the most obvious part of the chart that is climbing way above the trendline is the accumulation\distribution section where in my opinion is very important and points out how this stock is gaining more interest and within the last little while has really went up. When there is alot of interest in a stock they seem to go up really fast when they do go and alot of the time when a chart looks like this they continue to go up. All this stock needs is some good news or some real positive buying with ask slapping and this will fly and will never see this low of a price again
