Agreed except for the "might be low" clause. The odds are very good once a PI is issued.

I hope they will roll the dice and go for the permanent injunction as opposed to settling.



And this is unclear. If somebody offered me $30/s I would gladly walk right now. You are looking for something like $60 and DD's terms might be $40.
