You have stated previously that you are an attorney. Have you certified with the BAR in CA or have you hired an attorney to represent you on a percentage split as is common in the practice? Or only certified in TX at this time?
If you are the attorney practicing in CA. do you plan to take this to Class Action Suite if there is a case? What are your thoughts on this? It appears that no Gov. Agency at this point, has any interest in IMGG? Honestly, none of them I have communicated with have ever heard of IMGG other than the FDA.
