I believe there is no room for F/W when they said on their website home page under title Shareholder Update many clearing houses and brokerage firm will not issued share certificates to trade under .10 and also they are trying to attract big investors whom doesn't ready to buy penny stock. Because these things they will not go with F/S. going with F/S means price per share will go down.
It is my honest opinion.
