The pr's and following selling is a planned event between management, note holders and 504 buyers. I will say that if this was not the case then this stock would be MUCH worse than it is. It sucks and sends an extremely negative message but very necessary for TIVU to continue to conduct business as they wait for the finalization of the contract with Host.
SP...SH and the gang are definitiely selfish SOB's when it comes to consideration for we original investors. They threw us under the bus awhile ago....and they did it a smile on their face in email after email between SH and people like A1 ....and bs pr's.
This company will never have my respect as I thought they would....I will flip this turd every chance I get and I will short this every chance I get.
I will start using this pos like they used me and many other GOOD people who invested in this company because they said the right things...had the connections.....they had a low float and led on that they would not need a death spiral financing the worst of the worst settle for...they had the technology....had the contract and MOU...and also had the people in power who knew how to play the game to their benefit. I thought that was a good thing...LOL
No, R3, this is NOT a case where those of us who are disappointed in management, should look in the mirror and blame ourselves 100%. That is crap! I did my dd and then I did it again. I looked at everything that was available about this company...the industry..the players...their technology and I saw a diamond in the rough. I also looked at this being in pinky land and knew full well that 99.9% of the the stocks here are stinky pinkies and knew very well the risk of this company.
It is not my fault that uplisting was delayed time after time...the starting of Omaha was many months late....the company, despite the recession, signed on with financing that contained NO FLOOR and extremely generous discounts to a 3 day stock price average. Financing that so favored the financers that it never should have been agreed to by Tivus.....they easily, yes easily, could have at least received a floor from some "angel" investor. However, they knew who they wanted to be in bed with and those reasons will stay under the covers. And despite my many emails they continue to employ stock promoters like QS who continue to get 5K a month......how many 504's do you think it takes to pay that ridiculous bill?
So, no, it is not my fault for investing like I did in this company. I spent many hours doing DD. And it was not my fault that I believed a "big" thing was going to very soon be released (so said SP) after that fluffed-up CC in August and due to that decided to buy many many more shares because I believed what the company said in the CC.....and then nothing "big" was ever released (unless you consider a few hundred million more shares the "big" thing SP kept talking about). I have been averaging down but when is enough...I don't know. I am doing all I can to be an intelligent...prepared investor but Tivus continues to take advantage of every situation. Have all the 504 offerings been necessary?
I would not be surprised if this all fizzles and, to us one of SH's words, Host "cans" Tivus and some people end up in jail. Sadly, that would not surprise me because of what has happened here the past 3 months. I know for a fact that eyes of some very important people are on this company right now. I hope they have dotted all the "i's" and crossed all the "t's" because recent actions have raised eyebrows...especially that CC.
Where is their accountability R3? This is a two-way street and I did my part......like I said I can not control the incredible lies that have come from this company the past 6 months....or more.
So people spray some more glitter on your pom poms because this Tivus room is getting really dark with clouds of deceit. Newbies...call me what you want but I wonder how you would feel if you were long this company like some of us who believed like you do now. Don't get me wrong...I still believe in the technology. The management, though, has showed they have no consideration for shareholders.
It is a shame because this company really is a diamond in the rough but yet the OS matters BIG time so I have every right to be disappointed, frustrated and pissed......I should not have to put all the blame on me.
