I think they have big plan behind that. That's why I said it will go on big exchange for listing. Under ten cent trading not allowed for many firms mean they want to control the price minimum .10
they want to attract new big investors. Big exchange means trading per shares with dollars instead of cents. People buying @ ask because they know where it will go in coming months.
