Someone please correct me if I'm mis informed, but I believe this toxic financing, that came back to hurt us in 2009 and then now, was done while Caldwell., the rub, of course, is Rabin was CFO at that time, as well, I believe, so there very well miht be some culpability on his part as well, though i get the sense that Caldwell was running the ship and survival at all costs was his goal.
It all makes me wonder where was ACTC's legal advisors/counsel at those times?

I'm not ready to indict Rabin, don't know enough about his role, but one could argue,i guess, who better now,than a former hedge person who knows how these games and 'traps' are played?
