The Company believes this strategy will attract a new class of investors, both private and institutional that normally would not invest in sub-penny shares. The Company intends, by increasing the price per share, two major issues will be resolved; first, many clearing houses and brokerage firms have elected not to accept share certificates trading under ten cents per share, which has caused hardships and delays for the company and its shareholders. Second, with an increased price per share, Deltron intends to seek out more favorable financing terms with a fair valuation to the Company's capital stock.
