Well, I would think that anyone who thinks the $1.50 could happen and also understands the litigation shares would be paid the same $1.50 depending on how the suit ends.

CHCC IS REPORTING THEIR INTENTIONS TO GO PRIVATE - AND SPELLED OUT HOW THEY ARE GOING ABOUT IT.

Where does anyone come to the conclusion it is a scam?

Show proof of what appears "scam" about it.
