I'm not really concerned with the $900... The fact that people were willing to buy over nine thousand dollars worth of shares while it's currently at no bid alerts attention towards GERS. Especially considering everything I've read on GERS Skunkhunter!

In regards to a prior post about potential bag holders, that isn't an investment concern for me. The patents don't seem to be going anywhere for a very long time. I just spend the last few hours doing research on listing rules, I'm trying to see if there's any exceptions with NASDAQ's Regulatory Authority... it would seem odd that they can halt a stock from the Negligence of others, I'm wondering if it's possible for them to do the complete opposite with GERS in regards to timelines and so on considering what happened here. Hopefully that's something their lawyers are looking into, I only went to school for management, so that's not necessarily up my alley.

I was also reading a publication on POLICY ADVISORY COMMISSION OF THE WORLD INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ORGANIZATION, it would've been even funnier if the publication # was 858 instead of 834.

I liked page 46, 4.4 Legal Strategy!!! It's crazy that these Companies don't see what's going to happen, or they do and praying for a miracle. lol

Did you know that the average settlement in the U.S. in 1992 was actually 92 million, imagine what it is nearly twenty years later. I know if I was a business owner dealing with this, I wouldn't be praying on ICM saving me, I'd be doing whatever I needed to keep the business in my name. It's not like Nobody knew they were infringing all these years. Following suit with a company that just aligned with a company that needed to change its name in order to fool the American consumer into still purchasing their product doesn't seem wise to me.

While I don't know what's going to happen, I do have an understanding of what should. I have money invested here because I feel what happened is wrong and the company and it's shareholders suffered substantially over the ignorance of others. I personally don't agree with certain posters, but I also didn't go threw an R/S either.

I really hope management can make this a very lucrative investment for anyone that ever believed in them, considering I really can't see a judge ruling in the infringing party's favor. Were talking about issued patents from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and actual Markman results... I guess I'm just shocked it's not over yet!
