PGIE did not state any kind of a share buyback. If you read the wording of the PR it says "considering". PGIE has been saying that line of crap for months if you call them on the phone. They were "considering a share buyback" (as per Jose Colon) 5 months ago. Jose told me this on the phone personally...a few weeks later the O/S was doubled to 2 billion. Every PR these clowns put out is a wild fabrication of what they think they might be able to do someday if they get a brain. Nothing but total idiots running this company
