You would be right, But I think this is TOTALLY different, James a convicted CON man before, will be in a heap of trouble right of the bat.
First, Mineseekers and NHSH will not have to prove that James is a CON man, the court already knows his past.
Then it come down to a showdow of doubt. James's past is there for everyone to see, IMO this cat has not changed it's colors at all, IMO he has now gone way up the ladder.
For those that do not know, boucing checks for over $10K is very, very bad. Not like bouncing a check for $19 bucks, The laws for that and punishment for that is huge.
Then Mike has, proof of the FAKE INTER National wire. James gave Mike fake wirering info. Told Mike to look for himself for the $500K. Now James has broke international law. He could see years of Jail time for that alone.
Now let's conclude this with James selling something he did not own, NHSH.
He first tried to sell it to Mineseeker, now he tries to sell it to Joe C.
The story continues, IMO Joe does not own squat! In fact from an email/ text message from James, when sent a notice, the resopnse was that Joe was representing him in these matters. It did not say that he HAD sold them to Joe.
Lot's of FUD being sent out by the FUD master himself.
With everything that has gone on with back dating employment contracts with Q, and all the other stories/facts out there about Joe and James.
I am surprised that ANYBODY believes that Joe has any claim here at all.
