Maybe. Like I stated earlier trading in these stocks sometimes does not reflect the true facts of the bankruptcy.
Even though the bank never gets to keep any portion of the 45 million dollars, under any scenario based on court documents, this stock can still trade in unexpected ways if investors choose to ignore it.
