rob...the meeting is NOT a material event.....what was decided at the meeting could certainly be considered a material event

what people are saying is that if DEAN discloses on MONEY TV something along the lines of PMA, rejected altogether, must have better images etc etc....then an 8k should be sent out

since we have NO 8K.....we can assume the MONEY TV infomercial is nothing more than a waste of time and NOTHING significant will be disclosed....with the exception of course of more delays but we all expect that anyway
