gdepc, Thanks for link. What you are referring to is the countersuit, not the original suit brought by CYGX. So let's say that CYGX lost 100% of their original suit against Waldroff/AVGI. And the countersuit that was brought against them by AVGI/WALDROFF, was dismissed but CYGX still had to pay all legal fees, court costs, and they have to honor the license agreement. They didn't have to pay damages that Waldroff/AVGI asked for. Not the best results when you are the one filing the original lawsuit and you become the defendent instead of the plaintiff.

Bottom line is that CYGX received nothing for their time and money. That money could have gone into research to benefit the company and the shareholders; as well as not hurting their reputation of not living up to license agreements.

Time to put this discussion behind us. We have the PP lawsuit to worry about now; and the options.
