So Seven, Why was this reverse merger "Positive" Gorden Gecko and his wife already owned it, and also owns 56% of the shares to DHSM. so he is paying himself for something he already owns.. May be the wife is getting a new Benz? Also interesting that data Health was formed last fall.. That should have a REALLY HIGH VALUE

So here is the interesting part DHS holding did the reverse split of 500:1 BUT Data Health Systems still has a half BILLON shares 500,000,000 wonder how those are going to be converted...
