So, chinditone, do you now admit that Nathan bought shares directly from Bingaman? On more than one occasion he claimed that his shares were purchased on the open market.

Did the story change?

What was the market price of HQNT when he bought the Bingaman shares? Wouldn't you think it would be fair to characterize the difference between that and what he paid as "hush money"?

It is an item of interest to the Texas securities regulators.



There are no stupid questions. But damn, there are a lot of stupid questioners!
