Dear Bill:(Dooley or Carlton)

I have been forwarded your recission letter to Mr. Owens. Please direct all further correspondence to myself or my attorney as I have acquired all rights to notes held by Centacom and other rights as described in an assignment to Mineseeker of which you were not a party to said agreement.

That being said; when a note controlled by you under Carlton Limited was acquired, by Mr. Owens (or Centacom) it contained no representations other than to issue you or your assigneds certain shares of which he has and has provided evidence to me. If the shares were issued in error to you personally other than Carlton, as he has said you requested. Mr. Owens will be happy to re-issue as such.

Other than that please cease in your interference as your note was properly acquired and transferred. Any further interference by you in collusion with certain parties will be subject to claims I will be making in conjunction with NHS and Mineseeker in general.
