Word is Paton reclaimed LTC technology, fully owns it, and has been partnering with China's Guangzhou General Research Institute for Industrial Technology since April 2011. Formerly, Paton controlled only CIS. Expansion to China by Paton telegraphs CSMG has lost rights to LTC. This development explains everything including silence of CSMG and CFO.
