Seeker, My guess is Seaside doesn't hold stocks they will convert when they feel like it. Perhaps Dr. Diwan wanted to get some cash before Seaside converts again and depressed the SP further...who knows?

My guess is the reason Dr. Diwan stopped was because we were creating an uproad, as he continued to sell under a dollar. Point in fact that the day before the article came out he sold 40,000 shares at .76 I believe. So 'my guess' he stopped because some of us were selling right along with him and the SP was freefalling, not because it was too cheap.
My guess was that if we all 'held' and didn't complain he would be selling till he got his 2 million.
