It means no one is motivated to buy and
sellers are in no rush to sell.
This company goes thru many quiet periods, you
just have to pick an entry point and be
patient.

I don't look for any large selling until we get
into the 20's. There were many shares bought
in that range on the last runup and it doesn't
appear that many have been sold yet.
