If the ceramic thingie can make the water more alkaline that is that not 'programming' the water to make it do what you want. You can say all you want about why this will not work, but their are scientific reasons why it might work. That is all that is being said. You can be a non-believer and come up with all kinds of cutesy reasons why it cannot work, but sometimes it is important to think outside of the box to come up with ways that would show ways why it might work.
