It is just a matter of time now until APII must either start recycling old news or create another worthless LOI. The Viz thing has been proven worthless as well. The 5% div trick just never really got off the ground.
IMO; Any 'entity' such as APII which seeks to profit through deception is a parasite that feeds upon those less knowledgable! I believe there is suffient evidence to provide ample support for my ideas regarding APII. The facts I find do not provide a nice reflection for APII and therefore do not bode well for a great many investors. The APII game is the same old same old as far as pinkys go. The info suggests very strongly to me, APII is only allusion to an illusion by associates who have done this before! Dog
