Paulness, Remember who was suing whom originally. CYGX instigated the suit. The plantiffs became the defendants. They had to pay court courts, legal fees on both sides, and they have to deliver the product that they didn't want to give them all those years ago. Basically they now have to give them what they signed an agreement for originally. By no stretch of the imagination, did CYGX win any points of this lawsuit! It was a waste of time and money, neither of which CYGX can afford. On top of that, who wants to partner with a company with the reputation for being involved in lawsuits on the only two license agreements they ever made?
