Is it really news? Did they get the contract or complete the audit? No! They're still waiting on the contract and the audit should be comepleted soon. Time doesn't mean anything here, so we'll see if either happen "soon". It looks like more waiting and more shares to follow. The stock hasn't moved, so the market views this PR as a nonevent.
