McDaniel, To answer your question regarding the lawsuits. First, Waldroff/AVGI; CYGX started out as the plaintiff, and the judge turned them into the defendants. They lost that case on every point. Second, Phanuel Pursuits lawsuit is moving along. We have been told that Discovery has been exchanged. The date of the trial, if no settlement is reached, has not been set.
