No. 19 Auburn at No. 1 LSU (3:30 p.m. ET, CBS). When is that SEC upset going to jump up and shock us all? This could be the spot for it—defending national champ rolls in at 5-2, a solid team that can run the ball and play defense, and takes it right to controversy-riddled No. 1 on its own turf. Yeah, baby. Come on, if this conference is as big and bad, as wild and woolly, as all you Southerners out there love to brag that it is, LSU or Alabama simply has to lose somewhere along the line (not counting Nov. 5, when they meet in Tuscaloosa), right? Maybe? Aw, strip my gears an’ call me shiftless, who am I kidding?
