So when you say valuation are you talking about from this 3rd party? I would not hold too much water in that or even expect a report to be seen in the public. they probably consulted and that is as far as it will go,, How are they going to pay for it? With more shares??.. Just go do some DD on PR out of this worthless shell, they have never followed thru with anything. THEY HAVE NO CASH AND NO ASSETS. ALL they have now are more shares to re-issue..

How can you value something that has no income, no cash,no assets, and its only cash flow has been from selling shares since it's inception!


If this was all on the up and up meaning the company was going to do something or really be something. There are so many clean shell corps out there to be had for cheap. Why in the world would someone take a empty shell that has a major history of being a scam and think the trading public would believe anything other then another scam.. ANY Tax lawyer, Account,CPA with more then 10 minutes experience would advise so fast to stay away. if they didn't I sure would not want to hire them!

You know, 95% of the Dodd/Frank act I do not agree with but, when they started looking at OTC products they sure dropped the ball on scams like this! These worthless companys do nothing but rob people.. What is really amazing is why the clearing houses take the risk of dealing with these PR pump and dump shells..

So, you think I am a scared short. No F;;;ing way. for the simple reasons of:
They have NO CASH
They Have NO ASSETS
Has Major history of being worthless
in five years the shell has been in:Manufactoring, Cash Loans, Electronics, medical Marijuna,etc etc etc. and now medical records.. ROFLMFAO
reverse split 3 times in 5 years
Never made a dime
They again now have a boatload shares to dilute with.
Has a major tie to other scam stocks..

The only thing I am pissed about is having a hard time finding anyone holding enough shares worth shorting, as they seem to be all borrowed out and that 500:1 RS kind of made the lots small..

All I can say to anyone reding this who is not part of the scam or a paid promoter. Do your DD.. If you are new, you will be suprised how deep and tangled it runs.. google some of the old pr for IMAI and see where all that pr took it...
